OpGen Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
GAITHERSBURG, Md. (March 3, 2015)–OpGen, Inc. today announces the filing of its registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to its proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. OpGen is in the process of applying to list its common stock under the symbol “OPGN” on The NASDAQ Capital Market.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering.
